Made from Sustainable MDF Wood.
Our Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) wood is sourced from an Australian Manufacturer. This material is widely used today and can be found in furniture, cabinets, workshops, houses, etc.
MDF is made up of unusable wood offcuts and wood chips that are ground down into a pulp and pressed into a solid sheet; making it a reliable and sustainable material for our artwork.
It is important to note that MDF wood is not suitable for use in areas that can get wet or rained on as it can swell and break down over time.
Our family trees are made using a 6mm MDF base painted Black, with raised 3mm MDF lettering painted Metallic Gold.
Our artwork can be easily hung using a variety of hanging methods.Â
We supply nails FREE for hanging that have a flat head and grip into interior plaster walls easily. Strategically placing one or more nails between the gaps of the artwork will ensure your design is held safely and flat against the wall (we think they look best when hung flush).
Because these are nice and light, they will also hang easily on a regular picture hook and can also be fixed using double sided mounting tape.

Each item is hand painted using Dulux Weathershield paints which have a very high durability. We guarantee that our paint will never Peel, Flake or Fade (if painted) and will last as long as the wood its painted on.
We make every effort to ensure our designs are strong and easy to handle. MDF wood is surprisingly strong, and unlike plywood which can break easily along the wood grain, MDF is consistent, durable and light.
Although we manufacture some of the most intricate laser cut wall art in the southern hemisphere, we do our best to ensure our products are sized correctly so that they are not easily broken.

What are they made from?
All of our artwork is made out of Australian Made MDF Wood in either a 3mm or 6mm thick base depending on your selection
How much do they weigh?
The weight will depend on the design you’ve chosen and how much of the material is cut out but the below table would be the maximum weight any design could weigh:
XXS – 0.08kg (80 grams)
XS – 0.19kg (190 grams)
S – 0.35kg (350 grams)
M – 0.56kg (560 grams)
L – 0.77kg (770 grams)
XL – 1.70kg (1,700 grams)
The above weights are for 3mm MDF single layer designs. If you choose our 6mm MDF option, the weight will double.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in Australia and New Zealand, but we also ship to India, England, America and other countries by request. If you would like shipping outside of Australia, please get in contact so we can provide you an accurate estimate via our couriers
How much is postage?
We offer Flat Rate postage Australia wide depending on the size of your largest artwork. More items do not increase shipping even when we need to ship multiple packages. Additionally, orders over $150 qualify for Free Shipping Australia Wide.
Small (and smaller) – $9.95 per order
Medium – $14.95 per order
Large and Extra Large – $18.95 per order
Every parcel is tracked and will only be left on delivery if you choose Authority to Leave at checkout.
We use Australia Post and Couriers Please to safely deliver our artwork to you. We also guarantee our delivery and will help you resolve any issues/disputes with postage even if it’s not our fault.
How long does it take?
We do our best to make and ship your order as soon as we can, but please allow up to 14 days for us to complete your order ready for shipping. Once complete, our average shipping time via our couriers is about 4 days but this will depend where we are shipping to. Orders in Tasmania and Western Australia can take around 9 days to ship. Once your order is complete, we will send you tracking details with an estimated arrival date
Can I Pick Up my Order?
Yes! You can pick up from our workshop in Caboolture South QLD 4510 (By appointment). Just arrange a time with us once your order is complete. We are not always open to the public.
Just select pickup at checkout and we will have your order ready to pick up in 14 days or less!
Can they go outside?
We do not recommend our artwork for outdoor use.
MDF wood can swell and break down over time if it gets wet. We do have lots of clients who do hang our artwork outside in areas that are not exposed to rain/high moisture without issues however our warranty does not cover water damage, so please hang outside with care.
We can however manufacture your order using UV Safe Perspex for use in all outdoor applications. We do not yet have an option available online so please get in contact for a quote.
Can you do Custom Designs?
Yes! We love creating custom artwork to suit your home/ideas. If you have seen something you want us to replicate, or you are an artist and want to bring your artwork to life; please get in contact so we can make it a reality!
